This Citrus Herbal Tea Recipe allows you to add your favorite herbal tea bag to the cup! I love ginger and mint, but lavender chamomile comes in at a close second.
If you find that consuming mushrooms bothers your stomach, look for herbal tea blends that specifically help soothe your stomach. Try blends with any of these ingredients: chamomile, peppermint leaves, marshmallow leaves, wild yam root, catnip, slippery elm, ginger, turmeric, or fennel.
