non-dairy milk
(cashew, coconut, oat or almond)
¼
cup
tart cherry juie
(no added sugar)

tbsp
maple syrup, agave syrup or honey
1
dash
vanilla extract
1
pinch
ground cinnamon
¼
tsp
ashwagandha powder
dried culinary rose petals
for garnish
Instructions
In a small pot, heat the non-dairy milk, cherry juice, sweetener and vanilla extract over low heat until just before simmering.
Remove from heat, and whisk in the cinnamon and ashwagandha powder.
Top with rose petals and enjoy while warm.
